Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We use PayPal, so you can use your PayPal account or credit card securely through their site. If you prefer you can telephone your order, we take all major credit cards including American Express and switch. |
| Shipping and Handling We charge postage and packing on all orders up to £15. On orders over £15 postage and packing is FREE. Please note that for all orders over £10 the item will need to be signed for. |
| Delivery Schedule We aim to despatch all orders the same day if received before twelve noon. However please allow three days for receipt of your order. International orders are generally received in under 7 days. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Credit Card Security Your credit card details are not held on our computer and are processed via PayPal's own payments gateway. |
| Guarantee If you are not satisfied with your order we will either replace or refund to the value of your order. Please note that you must notify us, by using our contact form, within seven days to qualify for a refund/replacement. We will forward instructions on how to return your order. All items returned must be in saleable condition. We will not refund the cost of return postage to Pagan Greetings. |
