Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Shipping and Handling Pagan Greetings will despatch goods via Royal Mail First Class, unless specified otherwise at the time of purchase. For orders of over £20 in value Pagan Greetings will send the goods First Class Royal Mail Special Delivery, or equivalent. (Please note: Special Delivery requires the goods be signed for, so the customer should ensure someone is available to receive the delivery).

Outside the UK:
Pagan Greetings free postage applies to mainland UK only. For orders outside the UK mailnland, customers are advised to contact Pagan Greetings for shipping costs.
Delivery Schedule The customer will be advised when their goods have been sent and should allow up to three working days from despatch.

Industrial disputes:
Pagan Greetings can not guarantee Royal Mail delivery times during periods of industrial dispute.
Credit Card Security All payments are processed securely via PayPal. Any receipts will show as WebMagic of which Pagan Greetings is part.
Guarantee If you are not satisfied with your order we will either replace or refund to the value of your order. Please note that you must notify us, by using our contact form, within seven days to qualify for a refund/replacement. We will forward instructions on how to return your order. All items returned must be in saleable condition. We will not refund the cost of return postage to Pagan Greetings.

Privacy Policy Pagan Greetings takes privacy very seriously Customer's details are NEVER released to any third party for sales or marketing purposes. Pagan Greetings treats its customer's financial details with the utmost security. Pagan Greetings does NOT store customer credit or debit card details either electronically or on paper. Where a customer provides Pagan Greetings with their credit or debit card details, Pagan Greetings will only hold this information for so long as it takes to process the transaction and will then destroy all record.
Returns Policy Pagan Greetings undertakes to replace where possible or refund the cost of any goods it has supplied which may be damaged. Any such goods must be returned in saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Pagan Greetings will refund the customer the full value excluding the cost of returning the goods to Pagan Greetings.

Customers may also return goods within seven days which they do not consider suitable subject to the same conditions as in the preceding paragraph.
