Yes on all order of £4.50 and over, this applies to UK mainland orders only.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?

We send out first class Royal Mail on all UK mailnland orders

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UK?

Pagan Greetings does not normally ship outside the UK. The cost of postage can exceed the value of the item making it too expensive for customers to purchase. If you would still like to purchase you should contact us via our contact page and request the postal charges.

I AM ORDERED FROM OUTSIDE THE UK BUT DID NOT CONFIRM POSTAGE?

If you purchased using our shopping cart, and you live outside the UK we will not ship your order until the postal balance has been paid. Alternatively you may cancel your order.

WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY ORDER OR IT'S DAMAGED?

Should your order be lost or damaged please contact us as soon as possible using our contact page.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

You may return all or part of your order if you are not happy. You must notify us within ten days and we will send you instructions. Pagan Greetings will refund your purchase price in full, but we are unable to refund your return postal charges. A refund will only be issued if the goods are returned in saleable condition.

DO YOU CONSIDER WORK FROM OTHER ARTISTS?

Yes, Pagan Greetings are always interested in work from other artists. Please send us some samples or a link to your website. It is also very helpful if you let us know what terms you have in mind for your work.

IF I ORDER A PRINT OR CARD CAN I MAKE COPIES

No, all works are copyright. You may use any image to frame or dispaly, however reproducing any image on our website, literature or any other media would be copyright infringement and may result in legal action from Pagan Greetings, the artist, their agent or publisher.
